Anything Goes!

PaperCrafting Journeys Challenge #4 is Anything Goes!  This week we are fortunate to work with digital images from Sarah Paris!.  Using her images I created these two cards.

For the first card I used an image from Sarah's Bollywood Hearts collection. I sized the heart in Photoshop and printed out three copies and colored the images with my copic markers. Then I cut out the flowers and flourish and stacked the hearts to produce a 3D effect (I am really loving 3D right now). I used some Cosmic Cricket paper and a two finish, I added a couple of sentiments I had in my stash.

 

For this card I used an image from Sarah's Hearts & Flourishes digital set.  Using photoshop I sized and colored the image. After I printed the image I used my Copic Spica glitter pens for accent and sparkle! I used a Spellbinder's template to cut out the image and mat. I also used a cuttlebug folder to emboss the peach colored paper. The "I Love You" sentiment is a rub-on that I popped up and used two orange jewels as decorations.  The ribbon is from my stash.

Love is in the Air!

Paper Crafting Journey's Challenge #3 is Love is in the Air. Do it with Digi's Challenge #3 is Valentines. The challenges are to create a love themed project.  The Paper Crafting Journey's Challenge is being sponsored by Robyn's Fetish Digital Stamps. To celebrate I created this heartful project:

I used Robyn's My Valentine's Paper and her Flowers n Hearts digital stamp. I masked her stamp with the pattern paper in Photoshop to "color" the heart flowers.I used Pink Petticoat paper to mask the leaves, stems and daisy. To give the card some dimension, I embossed the background of the image with dots (colored with a Lipstick Spica Pen). I printed three of the Flowers n Hearts colored images and stacked them to create a 3-D effect. I also printed some of the hearts onto photo paper, cut them out and popped them to create even more dimension and some shine!
